This is a questionnaire that helps parents answer the planning questions posed in Navigating Through Homeschooling Waters.  It helps families that do not know where to begin.  This pamphlet takes each question and provides multiple choice responses to get parents thinking.  By completing the pages, parents will have the start of a family mission statement, philosophy of education, statement of worldview, and list of long-term goals.
