Finding yourself lost in a strange place can be a scary experience. Little Bill and his puppy, Beeper, have become separated in a city where everything moves fast and the people are very busy. Too busy, it seems to help little Bill find his beloved dog. By the end of the adventure, the people and little Bill learn that life is best when you help others.
